The Big War underlined that Red Cross Society had to collaborate. Thanks to the President of Amercian Red Cross &#8211; War Committee &#8211; Henry Davidson, the first union of red ross was born and it became a Federation in 1991. Red Crescent Society represents Muslim societies yhat have joined International Red Cross; symbol was chosen by Turkey in 1876 when it refused to use the cross.
